Raw public data is easy to access and slow to work. We filter for pest-related findings, add prior-citation history and verifiable contact details, assign each record to a territory, and deliver a private report that helps sales teams decide who to call first.

We believe useful lead data should be transparent about its source and limitations. Inspection records can be delayed, contact fields are included only when found, and a public citation is never presented as proof of a current infestation.
